Sam listened to our ideas and gave practical suggestions that enabled us to get better quality fittings, bathroomware and cabinetry than originally expected and still within our budget. As it was a renovation, there are always surprises once you start to pull out the old stuff; these were addressed with good communication.  The ensuite leak was also fixed with a quality long-lasting outcome to a difficult problem that gave the ensuite many more years of life without needing a total replacement.  We lived in the house whilst the renovations were proceeding. Sam and his team were courteous, tidy and made the project work around our family life. The work was started on time and completed on time.  The work completed by SBC builders was of the highest standard, provided a solution that was beyond our expectations. Sam was totally trustworthy and reliable in all dealings with us. We would happily recommend Sam for any renovations or complete builds. We are happy to act as verbal references if requested.

Sam and his team transformed our garage from a unusalable space into a warm, fantastic studio for our family to stay in.

We started the project with a basic idea of what we envisioned but Sam was able to work through our ideas and put into action a plan that was even better than we orignally had dreamed of.  Sam was able to pick up any logistical issues and come up with solutions that fitted in with our vision.
